IDSA-WI Sketchnote Workshop

Check out this great event from ISDA:

Sketching may seem like breathing to designers, but it is also a skill we can continue to build upon and leverage throughout our careers regardless of role or level. As a contrast to past IDSA-WI workshops which stressed rendering or computer skills, this event will focus upon quick visualization of experiences for brainstorming and in-person client communication. Our guest will be Mike Rohde, author of multiple books on the topic and creator of The Sketchnote Army, a website dedicated to sketchnoting from around the world.

On Saturday, September 26th, IDSA-WI will host this hands-on workshop at Hudson Business Lounge in Milwaukee’s 3rd Ward. Mike will work with a small group of 20 registered participants throughout the session to develop their quick visualization and storytelling skills. The session will end at noon – a perfect opportunity to explore lunch and shopping in the area.

Your registration includes workshop materials, morning snacks and beverages, and a custom T-shirt. Space is limited for this unique event and registration is “first come, first served”, so make sure to register early.

IDSA-WI members $ 60
Non-IDSA members $ 75
