Shanteka Sigers, Senior Vice President & Executive Creative Director at advertising agency Sanders\Wingo, believes we need to be redefining creativity.
"...Creativity gets a bad rap. The word itself conjures visions of self indulgent artists and temper tantrums. Or wannabe rappers living in their parents' basements. Yet, think about how companies yearn to be recognized for innovation. How social movements want to inspire hearts and minds to take action... What they don't realize, is that they are talking about creativity..."
Join Shanteka for a Spectrum Lectures Series to help change how we think about creativity, what we can do with it, and how to be a good role model for something that is yet to be defined.
