About the speaker:
Betty Strigens is a content strategist and copywriter at SRH with a passion for brand storytelling. She's got a proven track record for growing, engaging and converting national audiences. She believes that every brand has a story to tell, and every story can reveal something beautiful.
Betty's process is rooted in engagement. Starting with a competitive audit and perceptual map, she seeks out opportunities and trends in the marketplace. Working within brand marketing objectives from the team, she develops content pillars, themes and topics to help guide the path-to-purchase conversation, along with channel specific content goals, objectives, strategies and tactics (GOST). Betty practices the “Hero, Hub, Hygiene” framework used by many in the industry to designate content that is evergreen, seasonal or more immediate. Exploring new tactics and trends within this landscape makes it all the more exciting.
Check out some of her work:
As audiences are developed, Betty studies user behaviors to inform future campaigns and tactics. The ability to measure and analyze these interactions is something she finds endlessly fascinating. To further understand the user, she immersea herself in the brands she represents, living the lifestyle and speaking the language of the communities she manages.
Betty's worked with lifestyle brands she respects morally and ethically. Acting on their behalf is something she does not take lightly. She is fluent in social media compliance, notably in the language of highly regulated industries such as food and drug.
